Renowned for her grounded truthfulness, vulnerability and considerable range, Elizabeth’s extensive career encompasses work on stage, screen, and voice. Currently, Elizabeth can be seen as Donna in MGM+’s highly acclaimed horror drama series FROM with Harold Perrineau. Horror fans no doubt remember Saunders from her performances in David Cronenberg’s THE SHROUDS, and RT Thorne’s post-apocalyptic thriller 40 ACRES. Her other film and TV credits include ARCA’s satirical Web-series THE BIG OIL ALLIANCE. Elizabeth was for many years the voice of “Mrs. Turtle” on Nelvana’s popular series FRANKLIN THE TURTLE, and has provided voices for numerous other cartoons, commercials, and videogames. Over the course of her career, she has also played leading roles on stages throughout Canada. Currently involved in the development of a couple of independent projects, Elizabeth holds a BFA and MA in theatre and performance and enjoys teaching and coaching actors when opportunities arise.
