Eddie Steeples is an actor, comedian, writer, digital creator, and painter who is best known for his portrayal of Darnell Turner a.k.a. “Crab Man” on the hit NBC sitcom My Name is Earl and the role of “The Rubberband Man” in the emmy-nominated OfficeMax commercials.
Other notable roles include Rasan in the feature film Torque, Cal in Would You Rather, a guest appearance on The Chris Rock Show, Tyler/Tyler the Gas Man on Raising Hope, Eddie on The Guest Book (two seasons), Tex in Jiu Jitsu alongside Nicholas Cage, and Jackson in Hot Seat opposite Mel Gibson.
In 2004, he was named one of People Magazines’ “Sexiest Men Alive.”
In between projects Steeples enjoys performing stand-up comedy and creating comedy skits for his social media channels. Steeples is currently based in Los Angeles where he continues to create and collaborate.
