Will Rothhaar made his acting debut at the ripe old age of four, playing Sonny in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, at Pennsylvania’s Allenberry Playhouse. Since then, this New York City-born thespian has accrued extensive work in film, television, theater, and commercials. Rothhaar is perhaps best known to move fans as Cpl. Lee Imlay in the science fiction blockbuster Battle: Los Angeles.
Rothhaar’s feature film credits include Jack Frost, Kingpin, Hearts in Atlantis, and upcoming features Vows and Rites and Division 19. Rothhaar’s many television credits include Listen Up, JAG, Judging Amy, ER, Mad About You, CSI: NY, Fringe, Buffy, the Vampire Slayer, Perception, Last Resort, Reckless, Castle, Grimm, and The Lizzie Borden Chronicles (mini series).
In 1999, he received the Hollywood Reporter Young Star Award (Theater) for his portrayal of John in David Mamet’s The Cryptogram at the Geffen Playhouse. In addition to Cryptogram and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, his stage work includes Waiting For Godot at the Matrix Theater and Of Mice and Men, Ardèle, The Visit, A Christmas Carol, Macbeth, According to the Fifth Grade, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream or the Night They Missed the Forest for the Trees.
Rothhaar has appeared in commercials for Snap.com, J.C. Penney, Sprint, Leapfrog Learning Software, Honda, Lee Jeans, Microsoft, Kodak, AT&T and Fruit of the Loom.
