Sarah Voigt was introduced to the horror genre with her campy portrayal and the gruesome death of family matriarch, Barbara Shaw, in Damien Leone’s Terrifier 2.
Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Sarah developed an interest in performing arts at an early age. Sarah began her career as a model and appeared in numerous print campaigns and television commercials before transitioning to film.
She went on to have roles in the Emmy award winning short Ball and Vase opposite Austin Pendleton, creature feature Lake Jessup Bonecrusher’s Revenge, The Getback, If You Were the Last, and Shelby Oaks.
Her TV credits include, Found, Leverage: Redemption, The Parish, and Queer as Folk.
Sarah now splits her time between New York and New Orleans as she continues to work in modeling, film, and TV. Most recently Sarah completed work on the film project Infestation and the TV show Heavy Hitters.
