Julio Cesar Ruiz is probably best known for his turn as Milton in James Gunn’s 2021 hit The Suicide Squad. Ruiz’s Milton provided some lighthearted moments and helped out characters Peacemaker, Ratcatcher, Polka Dot Man and King Shark at key moments in the DC film.
Julio has also appeared on the small screen in Lodge 49, S.W.A.T. and Preacher, among other shows. The Laredo, Texas native caught the acting bug early and by his high school years was active in stage productions before moving on to take his shot at Hollywood.
